SPORT MEET 2023

  Sport meet 2023




We had sport meet 2023 at our university for 3 day. In first day we had indoor game  and i was also participated in carrom. Me and my friend Roshan were participated from our section in carrom from girls and  from boys there were  John and Kiran at last the winner from girls was me and Roshan. And the volunteer was from our own section (Geeta and Samten) we enjoyed a lot with each other . And many of them were participated in dart ,chess etc. And  this  sport  meet 2023 was for every one both for girls and boys overall the participants played very well .





In second day we had badminton and from section c our mate played  i .e Roshan from boys were Anish and from section B there was Rahul and Regina all  the participants were played very well and they gave their 100%. Overall the badminton match was very interesting and at last the winner was  from section B and our section had stood second position.



Actually in second day we were supposed to have  nature run  due to weather our  teacher has cancelled me and my friend was supposed to play this nature run and at the end we came to know that it has been cancelled.

 


In next  day we had football match and in first match there was between section A and B from girls . My fellow mates were also played Geeta and Samten and at last the winner was from section B .



Later on  the final match was between c and B and at last the winner was from B itself . And lastly  A and c are in final list  and the match will be declared on tomorrow  and at last there was also tug of war from each section at the end the winner was  was section A and from boys there was section c by this our sports 2023 was end .

Exploring chayataal

In 2nd December 2022 we went for field trip at chayataal .It is situated at West Sikkim in Hee-kengbari it is in rural area it has very clear and peace environment.It  is also known as Yumang Thegu("Yumang Thegu ") is limboo word.And it's meaning is peaceful and "place to pray". The proposal to build chayataal was on 2006, but it was finally completed in 2017 and it was inaugurated by our former chief minister of Sikkim sri pawan kumar chamling to build this spot on 2017.                   Entrance of chayataal It was estimated that the height of statue of srijunga Teyongsi would be 108 feet tall but due some issue  is only 35 feet.And it is very peaceful place and environment also .         Statue of mahatma srijunga Teyongsi There is also a lake just little bit down of the statue.It is to attract tourists and may tourist used to visit this place and it is looked by  tourists department of Sikkim .
